how do I find updates on an applcation ~ unable to find on website

I am trying to follow my application ~ have been given website ~ but trying to find status on a recent application is a minefield
can you help where I go to find "review" steps

Lynne - there is no website that allows you to follow or review your application.
What's the title number please and I can check on receipt/progress for you?

Thank you on the letter from H M registry it says to check on application by following guidance and then had a website to follow

Hi Lynne - the letter you received will be the one with regards arranging a site visit/survey.
Part of that letter then refers to you being able to check progress with the conveyancer or by using the contact form online. That's not a website in itself but a for that you add your details to and then submit. We then respond by email roughly 5 days later

I keep getting email messages saying response available but I cannot find any further responds

Hi Lynne - the OS survey report was submitted on 28th Aug so that is now with the casework team/senior officer for review. 
I'm unsure as to what emails you are receiving - are they from us?

we have 2 plots that needed the land registry to review
I haven't heard any more about CYM892046
and the other CYM420634 has had survey done and submitted

Hi Lynne - wider checks are now underway re the claimed land and the registered owner has ben contacted. He has until the 11th December to respond either with his consent or objection
