Removal of lease charge from title WM361228

Good evening. I am in the process of buying a property (Title: WM361228). The property is freehold, however the previous owners at some point had taken out 99 year lease. This lease is listed in the charges register. The seller has agreed to remove this charge and has applied to the land registry. Apparently, the application has been expedited, however we have heard very little in the way of update. Our purchase of the house depends on this and our personal situation is becoming increasingly untenable as we moved out of our flat several months ago and I’ve spent that time sleeping on the floor of a family member’s junk room.
Could you find out what is going on and, if possible, how long this application will take?

Good morning. Sorry to bother you again. It appears the seller has found the required documents (I think they actually found the original title deeds in some 70 year old filing cabinet!) but once again they're stonewalling me. Could you tell me if there are any applications in and what the status is, please?

Nothing from conveyancer as yet and we issued them a reminder at the end of November. Hopefully they will respond soon if they have found what's needed
