My property is not registered and my solicitor has closed down

We purchased a new build on Nov 2023 and our solicitor was Lane & Co (based in Tewkesbury SRA No: 8000488).
Their reference was: JW/RIC027-0001, Number: T934

We are enquiring, as the registration of our property appears to be not available or incomplete on the HM land registry .
We tried to contact our solicitors many times, but we haven't heard back and we understand now from the SRA website that the firm has been closed down.

We hope you can give us an update or instructions on what to do.

Alessio & Martina - the application is still with us and waiting to be processed. As such your purchase and ownership are protected so there's nothing major to be concerned about - we have a backlog of this type of application and it will be processed in time
We are aware of the closure of the conveyancer firm. If issues should arise when processing starts then we have instructions to contact Frank Smith & Co of Cheltenham who are the 'successor firm' as notified to us. I assume you are already aware as part of the information provided re the firm's closure - if you are not then you may wish to contact the SRA to verify
