Freehold title update delaying purchase

Hello, purchasing a flat with a recent (June) lease extension. The freehold title has not been updated with the new lease. Land Reg advised there is an application ahead which was expedited on Aug 13. What will happen to the application for the flat I am purchasing? Can it be expedited whilst the prior application is pending? Can I find out if it has been expedited and if it has will it still take 10 days after the prior application is completed? Ref VB352C5 Thank you

Hello Barbara - the application to register the new lease for the flat you are buying (YY217797) has been completed. However, as you state, the landlord's title has yet to be updated as there is a prior pending application to register #22. It has been expedited and should be processed shortly but everything then depends on it being in order of course.

Barbara - expedition enabled the new leasehold information for #46 to be completed. The landlord's title can't be updated re that new lease until the prior one is completed and it's details updated on the landlord's title. The landlord's title will be updated re both leases on completion of #22
