I purchased the property with Title CYM611670. The sale completed on 30th May 2025. I'm looking to take out a mortgage against the property. Can you please advise if the purchase has been registered yet?

Gareth - the application is still with us and waiting for processing to start. That's not likely to be for a while yet
If you have a mortgage offer with an expected cut-off date within the coming months then you/your conveyancer can request expedition as appropriate - Request an expedite - GOV.UK
