Application Update

Hello

Title number - GM564496
We are in the process of buying a house but before we can exchange a  change to the register has to be made.
We have been told that the application has been submitted and the application has been expedited.
We have also been advised that their Solicitor has replied to the requisitions.

Can you confirm this and let me know the current status and timescales?

Any information much appreciated.

Hello Roger - received, expedited and partially processed. Ongoing corres with conveyancer as we wait for additional information. Our last request was on 6th July as they have yet to reply fully.
Hopefully they can confirm the details for you

Hi Roger - they responded and we replied yesterday with a further explanation as to what's required as they have options and need to choose one. Please ask them to confirm and to clarify when they now hope to provide a final response

We re getting very little in replies for the vendors solicitor.
We know it was a complex application but do you feel that there could be a quick resolution to this?
We re trying to purchase this property and now have the buyers of our property wanting to push on to exchange, but obviously we can't yet.

We ve no idea how long this could take. Our solicitor is fine, but the other won't really communicate.

Is it likely to be a long drawn out procedure?

Anything you can tell us is much appreciated as you can imagine this is becoming pretty stressful.
