Name Proprietor Mistake on TR1 and AP1

Hi , property has been completed in May 2025. My Solicitor made a name mistake on TR1 and AP1 , since then they have been intervened ( gone bump ) I have recently received my files back , the last question asked by HMLR was "Thank you for lodging the amended TR1, although since the name was also incorrect in the AP1 please confirm correct name and confirm what evidence you have seen or hold." 1) can you please confirm if the application is still live ? 2) Can I respond back with the correct name and a certified copy of the passport ( one alphabet on the name is still incorrect ) reference WM977944

Thank you - SRA have instructed new firm to pick up the work left by the previous firm - so I will be instructing them to draft a response. if there a way to put a note on the file so the application is not cancelled completely please ? Thank you.
