Title deed not registered yet

Hi, I am in the process of staircase 100%. We Purchase part of it in 2023 and found out in May this year that title deed wasn’t registered. We are in September and still nothing. We are about to loose everything now because of that. Please help !!!&#160;<b>Reference:</b>&#160;MA5857F&#160;<b>Title Number:</b>&#160;BD361855

Hi Diana - I am sorry to read of the issues you are facing but we can't yet process/register your ownership.<br> The application to register your landlord has not yet completed as we are waiting for their conveyancer to supply more information&#160;<br> Your conveyancer will be aware of this as the landlord's title had not been finalised when you actually completed. I would recommend contacting your conveyancer to ask them to confirm and to contact the landlord's conveyancer to encourage them to resolve the outstanding request to enable yours and other subsequent registrations to be processed.<br> BD361855

Morning Diana - I am hoping we may be one step nearer on your case as the landlord's title should be completed today providing the casework team can resolve an outstanding issue with the solicitor.<br> Processing can then start on the plot registrations inc your own expedited application<br> It can be slow progress unfortunately but things are moving in the right direction and I will update you again once I have something concrete to share again<br> BD350697 &amp;&#160;BD361855

Morning Diana - progress is being made as we have completed the seller/landlord's registration and down the groundwork for the subsequent new leases.<br> That means that the casework team can now work on the specific new lease application&#160;BD361855 re your property.<br> Hopefully it is itself in order and progress can be made - I'll continue to keep an eye on it and update you again once I have more to share<br> BD361855
