Expedited LR taking 3 months

I am in the process of purchasing the following property. SF423416 The sale has been put on pause and the application has been returned 4 times due to certain errors. I'm pretty sure it's also been cancelled once. Please could you check the progress of this case as if this is not resolved this week The whole chain will collapse.

N W - the case has had it's issues and one remains outstanding. The conveyancer was contacted on the 24th March as we needed more re the identity verification provided. They have yet to respond There was no prior/cancelled application SF423416

N W - the application was submitted on 3rd March. Expedited and partially processed on 4th. Request issued on 4th and conveyancer responded on 11th and 24th No 3 month wait at our end

They told me that they submitted the case on 13 February. So they have not been transparent at at all. Can you please confirm how many requisitions are outstanding and I will contact them to get this addressed urgently as like I said if this is not resolved by this week it is very likely that a whole chain will collapse.

N W - 1 outstanding request as mentioned and last contact was on 24th March. No applications to update the register lodged in Jan or Feb.

Good evening Adam I have been in touch with the solicitors today. Just wanted to ask if there have been any updates. Just wanted to confirm, is it a response from the trustee that is being waited upon?
