Is it just that both sides of the photo have not been scanned or is there no photo at all?

F W - you must speak to the conveyancer to confirm. We do not share such specific details via this forum How to verify someone's identity and complete the form and accompanying photo etc are all carefully explained both on the form ID1 and in our guidance. The casework team have also explained each issue as it has arisen re the specific application and form submitted SF423416

Thank you, sorry I'm so stressed out this has been going on for months and months. We finally gave the correct documents yet they can't even upload these properly.

F W - I do understand but these requirements are aimed at helping sellers/buyers to prevent property fraud. We can't be sharing specific details re such matters in a public forum and that reliance must sit squarely with the conveyancer/ID verifier as appropriate. The casework team have explained each time what's required so hopefully they can correct the issue this time
