Hi,
The above application was submitted and expedited on 5 March, it has been 5 months since the application was expedited and the property is not registered. The sale has fallen through once and is now jeopardising the chain. Is it possible to look at this application or provide a timeframe for when it will be processed?

Hi Kyriana - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer for more information today. Once they have responded the application can be progressed again
You'll need to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what it is they need to provide

I have been informed the requested documents were sent through by the conveyancer yesterday. Please could you confirm these have been received? Will the expedited application now take 10 days to process now the documents have been received?

Hi Kyriana - nothing received as yet.
Expedition gets the case to the processing start line generally within the 10 days you refer to and that's already happened. After that each stage is dealt with as soon as possible
