3 years and still waiting …

I purchased a property which completed in August 2021. For some reason the original property transfer application was cancelled and my solicitor resubmitted the application in May last year - at the time I was advised it would take 14 months to complete. And I’m still waiting !!!  I’ve tried to contact my solicitor but haven’t heard anything back yet (last time I had to threaten them with a formal complaint to get a response) but someone wonderful on here was amazingly helpful, hoping I get the same sort of help again !!
