URGENT OS2 needed

Solicitor only submitted os2 yesterday but we urgently need it for completion which is tomorrow. Its for a new property and the final notice day is tomorrow therefore we must complete tomorrow. Please can you escalate this so we can get the os2 done today asap please

Megan - OS2s are processed within 2/3 days and there's no process to escalate/expedite them as a result. I think you rang us earlier as well but didn't have the specific details re title number and nothing showing against the post code quoted. Did you query and confirm the specifics with the conveyancer?

Hi Yes i did. I have the title number now. I really need this doing today due to the final notice to complete being tomorrow as the final day. I would really appreciate it if this can be done ASAP today please. Can someone please speak with a member of the team who process and ask if they could please pick this up asap.

Megan - noted but you haven't shared the title number? If you have rung back and provided it to the support team then they will action it as appropriate

I have provided it to the team. But please can this be actioned today. Our whole transaction could fall through if its not received today.

We have removals and everything booked and in place for tomorrow morning.

Anything you can do to chase would be really appreciated. We’re having an absolute nightmare here with everything. They should have submitted it sooner but for some reason didn’t. I would really appreciate it so much if it can get done and sent back to my solictor today please

Hi Adam. Apologies I am just so stressed and worried as we need it back today in order for everything to not fall through - i cant stress enough that we need it today. Megan - the result is issued to whoever applied. I assume that would have been your conveyancer. I'd suggest contacting them to discuss
