New registry pending for 3 over years

Hi,
i bought my property in May 2021 but until now I still have not received my title. Solicitor keeps telling me that it is pending from Land Registry end, however all the other flats in my building who bought after me have already received their title deeds last year so I’m not sure why mine is taking over 3 years. Please can you update me on the progress?

Hi Jaimvie - which Flat (Plot Number please) have you bought? The title quoted is for the landlord's title only and there are many applications still pending against it

Hello Jaimvie - many thanks. Submitted 30th June 2023 and processed on 3rd July 2024. We needed more from the conveyancer and contacted them on 3rd July and again on 28th August for more information. They replied in part yesterday but more is awaited from them.
Please contact them to confirm the specific details and a timescale for when they expect to be able to reply in full
I note that as you stated you completed in May 2021 and there was a prior application to register your new lease at that time. But that was also incomplete and ultimately cancelled in 2022. Your conveyancer should also be able to confirm
