Expedited Application Update

May I ask why? This was part of the expedited application(s) after OS1 and others have been completed apart from this one. Is there anything missing that LR needs to complete this?

Syed - you may ask why and the simple answer is current workloads mean that we have numerous expedited applications that require processing and as a result the instant 'fix' some applicants want cannot be provided. There's no other reason for the wait at present and the applications will be processed as soon as possible and the casework team will contact the applicant as appropriate when that happens. WK103672

Many thanks Adam - I’m just worried that the discharge application from Bank of Ireland might have been pushed behind in the queue, as the previous owner’s spouse is still lodging application. Can you confirm whether BoI application is ahead of queue and part of the OS1 for completion?

Syed Reza - the BOI discharge application is the last of the three pending. OS1s don't cover Discharges. An application to discharge a legal charge stands alone in many ways as it's not adverse to the title so it being third won't be a negative impact

Thanks Adam - I am aware of the 2 applications lodged by previous owner’s spouse. Now that the property has exchanged hands, how long will it be before they are dealt with? Do I, as the new owner, need to do anything or should I just wait for HMLR to contact me?

Syed Reza - you have completed on the transaction and are registered as the owner now. The pending applications will be dealt with as swiftly as possible. You'll be contacted only if it's appropriate to do so when the previous owner's spouse's application is processed.

Hi Adam - any update on this? We'd like to get this resolved as swiftly as possible. Those two applications no longer have any valid legal foundation, they are entirely groundless and are actively obstructing the legitimate discharge of the previous lender's charge. This is causing us severe financial distress and preventing us from managing our clear title. Can you please escalate from your end or should we file a formal objection/letter?
