Would you be willing to take part in some research to help improve our communications?
We are reviewing the wording of some of our most commonly sent correspondence about applications. Our aim is to make them clearer and easier to action and improve their tone.
If you are willing to take part, you’ll be asked to look at no more than 2 communications, and can choose between participating via :

Online focus groups with 2-4 respondents, lasting one hour (taking place between 6th and 13th Feb)

Online feedback using a bulletin board that you can access at a time that suits you within a 4 day period.

The research will be supported by a Visionslive platform which will enable you to easily mark up your views on the documents.
With your permission, the focus groups will be recorded for analysis purposes. In accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct we would not include in our report anything that might identify you personally or your firm.
