Hi Beatriz - response received and wider checks have now begun. Those involve contacting the applicant by 1st class post. He has until the 12th May to respond positively or otherwise. If he replies sooner then the register can be updated sooner.

Beatriz - the applicant needs to respond as directed in the actual notification. That should be read in full and replied to as directed.
We wouldn't explain what's required in the forum or the process for replying as the notification is to help prevent property fraud
