I moved into my house in July 2023 and the registration change was submitted in September 2023.  When I queried the delay previously on this forum, I was told that the change of title was not straightforward.  However, it has now been 18 months and I am concerned about this delay.
Please can you let me know the current situation on this registration.

Hello Karin - I am sorry that it has been delayed for such a long time. The application includes a form RX3 which adds a complexity that needs to be considered by a senior technician. Processing started in January but we needed more from the conveyancer. They were contacted on the 15th January and a reminder issued on 12th March and we await their reply. 
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify what's been requested and when they hope to respond

Dear Adam,
Thank you for the quick reply.  It is good to know where we are at.  However, when you say it is with the conveyancer, I am not sure if you mean our (the buyer) conveyancer, Bromet Jackson Heath or the seller conveyancer, Pheby & Co.  I will definitely call them as soon as I know which to call.

Dear Adam,

I have contacted my conveyancer and he said that there was an RX3 submitted but that the only request for further information from HMLR was for a copy of the SDLT5.  I am not sure why it wasn't sent to you in January but he says that it has been done today.  Please can you let me know if there is anything else that is stopping this from being completed.

Dear Karin - they have now replied and hopefully that is all that's required. Feel free to post again Wed/Thurs to see if the casework team have processed matters although suspect your conveyancer may notify you first now that you have flagged it with them

That is great news. I've asked the conveyancer to send me a copy of the updated register entry or I could download one. Thank you for your help.  

It is frustrating that the application process takes so long, but being able to get a fast response to queries from you is really useful.
