Hello <br> starting a remove a name from title deeds.<br> Can a local solicitor complete the ID1 verification. Or has it got to be an online conveyancing company?  Rather pop to local solicitor office..<br> Thanks in advance<br> Ellie

Hello Elaina - it needs to be a conveyancer full stop as per the definition contained in PG 67 and on the form ID1 itself - <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/evidence-of-identity-conveyancers/practice-guide-67-evidence-of-identity-conveyancers">Practice guide 67: evidence of identity - GOV.UK</a>
