Pending application

Good Afternoon,

I am in processing of purchasing a property with the titles MAN34690 and MAN63016.

A pending application/s which has likely been expediated last Thursday is holding up the sale. I spoke with a lovely colleague of yours earlier today and she said she would do her best (with no promises) to see if the application can be processed with her manager.

As my mortgage offer is soon expiring I need to plan around when this expediated application will be processed. I understand not much information can be given but could confirmation of the applications being processed be provided to me here please?

Or a potential expected completion date please?

 

Good Afternoon Reese - if you've spoken to colleagues in the support team there's nothing 'extra' I can offer via the forum at this stage.
It's been expedited today and based on what you have posted I am sure every effort is being made to assist but impossible to be definitive re timescales
I'd suggest posting again on Friday/Monday for an update

Thank you, Adam, and sorry for my impatience. The anxiety and stress have been difficult to manage. 

Not knowing whether the sale would go through has been an issue since the end of January, so now that a resolution finally seems close, it’s been tough.
