Dear Adam I understand it has been referred to a Senior Officer regarding guidance to some technical issues. Is there any way we can can find what these technical issues are. Kind regards Jeanette

Jeanette - No. Referrals re such applications and what they are requesting are often the subject of such referrals to consider specific points that have arisen. All part of the application process and careful consideration of what's being asked for. I appreciate you felt it was a 'simple' ask but amending registered extents, which appears to be the ask here, is rarely as simple as you might think. By way of reassurance referrals can simply be routine and a case of all being fine and crack on.......but until that's considered and a decision made we simply don't know and wouldn't share the perceived issues until appropriate to do so.
