Jeanette - noted and appreciated also but I would suggest you have got a lot further than most manage re such cases. But it's the end result that matters naturally and not so much the journey. The difficulty you have is that there is a complexity to the application(s) as submitted and what's being asked for. I already appreciate that from a layperson's perspective it may not appear complex at all as everyone is in agreement. However rectifying registered information is complex as the legal implications are complicated hence the need for one of our lawyers to also be involved. I have escalated the matter as posted previously and things remain crossed that the simplicity you crave is the outcome here and 'more' is not required. I have no direct say or involvement in the actual applications and am merely a messenger - sorry LT531563 and LT551471

Jeanette - the casework team have now written to your conveyancer (Key) today to explain the registration position and how their application cannot proceed as things currently stand. They have been given time to consider and to respond. You'll need to contact your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify/discuss as appropriate. I am sorry it is not the news you will have been hoping for LT531563 and LT551471
