Hi Fabian - received on 24th May and waiting to be processed. Based on current average wait times that may not be for a few months yet but once processing starts/is completed we will contact the applicant as appropriate

Fabian - the original application submitted in May was completed in June. 
I note that you have now submitted your own application and that was received on 4th July so that is now waiting to be processed and that probably won't happen for a while yet. When it is we will contact you in writing as appropriate

I understand the email response was sent on Sunday 27th October.

Hi Fabian - we did receive an email response re one of the checks. A second check re the paperwork submitted and the identity verification is still underway and awaiting a response from the verifier

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Just to confirm - an email was sent to the solicitor that witnessed the signing?

Fabian - the identity verifier is the check we have yet to receive a response from.

Please could I have an update - the verifier has said that he has replied to the query. Please confirm whether this has been received and when I should expect for the application to be completed.
