Hi - just wondering if you have had any feedback from the caseworker team on whether the application(s) can be speeded up due to one holding up the other as your advice last week? Do you have an estimated forecast date yet? thankyou

Hi Anthony - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer with a request for a number of issues to be resolved. The request was issued yesterday
You'll need to speak to the conveyancer to confirm specifics and to see how long it might take them to respond in full

ok thank you. As the conveyancer is not communicating with us (they have not responded to our last 3 letters since November) is it possible to understand from yoursleves what issues are that need to be resolved so we can chase as well?

Anthony - I'm afraid not. The request highlights a number of issues they need to remedy but it is for them, as your conveyancer/legal rep, to provide clarification I'm afraid
If they are not communicating with you then I would suggest escalating it within the firm

OK thankyou - we will write to the solicitor again. Can I ask are there issues you need answers for for both applications (MAN192576 headlease & MAN217509 sublease) or just one of them? I am cot sure how much we can escalate as the firm is not very big - but we will try.

Hi - wondering if the situation with the applications has progressed at all? We wrote to the solicitor last week following your advise that everything is on hold as HMLR require further information but have had zero response from them so far?

Hi Anthony - no reply from the conveyancer as yet at our end either

Hi

we are wondering if you have had any response from the conveyancer since our last messages? They contacted Kamila approximately 7 weeks ago to complete a deed of covenant form in which we completed, however we have had no response from them since despite chasing them on progress..

Hi - I am aware that the solicitors should have now received relevant documentation required for the above application. Was wondering if anything has been issued this week to HMRC? Thanks

Hi Anthony - we've had a response from the conveyancer so will check for an update for you.
We wouldn't know about HMRC contact/issues etc

ok great thanks -  sorry I meant had anything been issued to yourselves (HMLR) not HMRC. We would be grateful to know if you now have everything you require & roughly when you think you can get to review & possibly process the information with the team (you had previously mentioned you would look to hasten it...)
