OK we will try, however the coveyancers are a small business, we are dealing directly with the owner so there is nowhere to go to escalate. As you can see it is well over 2.5 years since the purchase & we are still struggling despite probably writing  to them  +20 times over the period...   You will no doubt have Kamila's contact details/address etc...is it not possible to forward information direct to her or can she not get in touch direct somehow .... as it is her case in reality & we just want to help get it resolved & are a little helpless if we get zero communication from the solicitor...

it is possible Kamila might be looking to have to sell the property in the near future - hence the reason we are doing our upmost to chase things down & get resolved, therefore we would be really keen to try to find out more detail somehow...
