Land Registry Expidited

I expidited my land registry due to me selling my property and LR approved. My Solicitors are saying they have received a letter from LR and they have to deal with it before LR can complete the expedite. I am in the dark about the letter that’s been sent from LR so I don’t know what is happening. I am stressing because I might lose the new home I am about to purchase if this LR causes delay to my sale. Can anyone help me I need to know what’s wrong with my application before they can expidite it.

HI Melissa - you'd need to get the specific details from your conveyancer/solicitor. They are acting for you so if they have received a request from our casework team for something then it's for them to keep you in the loop/update you as appropriate
Totally understand that you are stressing and happy to take a look and offer some reassurance if I can but I can't share the specifics of any request with you 
If you want me to do that then what's the title number and our case reference please?

Melissa - many thanks. I can see we needed more from the conveyancer and contacted them on the 6th Jan. They replied yesterday so I'll check with the casework team for an update re possible timescales from here.
