Expedited application for sale

Hi, I'm purchasing a property that first needs a transfer of part of the adjoining garden made official. The seller's solicitor says this is complete but hasn't sent confirmation to my conveyancer, so I was hoping you might be able to provide an update. 

The title numbers are NGL754366 and NGL672464, application reference SZ 6172.

Hi MIsh - applications were submitted on 11th June and they are waiting to be processed. That won't be for several months unless there's a request to expedite made. I'd suggest having a word with your conveyancer/seller to enable that to happen - Request an expedite - GOV.UK

Thanks Adam, thank you so much for the quick reply. The memo of sale is attached to the application, and I was assured a request to expedite had been made, but are you saying this request to expedite hasn't been made?

MIsh - that's correct. There's a dedicated channel to request expedition. If they requested it as part of their submitted application then that won't be seen until processing starts 
I'll flag it with the casework team to ask them to expedite matters based on the evidence lodged with the application though

Sorry to bother you again, but would you be able to check to see if there has been any progress with the application, please? I'm getting a bit concerned about keeping the chain together as the expectation from the solicitor was it would be done in June.

Hi MIsh - the application was completed on the 3rd July and the new registered information is available online

Hi Adam, I've downloaded the title plan for NGL13028 which still shows the old boundaries. Should this be updated now? 

Mish - AGL648319 was a transfer of part out of title NGL754366. NGL13028 is the next door title for Number 68
 

Thanks Adam, I'm purchasing no. 68 which is to include part of the garden from 70, the part being transferred out. Should this be reflected in the plan for 68, or would that be a separate application? 

Mish - it's a separate application and now has it's own title. You are in effect purchasing both the title you referred to and this new one
