Expedited Application - First Registration

Good evening,

I have seen many positive recommendations for this forum, so I am hoping that someone can advise please.

We are in the process of buying a property (Pikeside, SY6 7EU), and understand that the application for first registration has been expedited. Are you able to advise on the current status of this application please?

G M Josh - submitted in Feb and expedited on 22nd May. Partially processed but we need more from the conveyancer and they were contacted on the 23rd. We await their response.
You may wish to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to also clarify what it is that's required and/or how long they estimate it will take to respond in full
