Complaint Reference: CMP250729-008951<br> Title Number: WA282204<br> application reference:250717- 4931684<br> &#160; <p>I am writing to inquire about the progress of the title deed transfer application that was submitted by the Will Group at the beginning of last year. Despite our ongoing communication regarding this matter, we have not received any updates on the status of our application.</p> <p>We previously submitted a complaint regarding this delay but have yet to receive a response. The urgency of this situation cannot be understated, as we are in the process of releasing equity tied to this title deed. It was indicated to us that the application had been allocated to a case worker; however, we are still without any updates.</p> <p>Could you please provide us with a status update on this matter? Your assistance in expediting this process would be greatly appreciated, considering the circumstances.</p> <p>Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. M Williams - I am sorry that you have yet to receive a response to your complaint/enquiry. I have added a note of your post on the forum to that record so that the support team can consider that as part of their response<br> The application you refer to is still with us and I can see that we have been in correspondence with the applicant firm and our last request of them was dated 18th August. We await their response<br> The support team dealing with your complaint will provide a more comprehensive response as soon as possible<br> The application includes two title&#160;WA121693 &amp;&#160;WA282204

<p>Hi thank you so very much for the prompt response. We worked with the Will group to deal with this - not sure if they have in house conveyancers or if they appointed an external firm to do this. We have not had any responses from the Will group despite our chasers. Could you please briefly tell us what’s required from them or us? Thank you</p>

Hi M Williams - the application has not been submitted by them and you'll need to ask them for specific details as to who has applied and what it is we are requesting from them<br> We would not share those details in a public forum and it's very much a case of the Will group/the firm to assist you with the specific details as appropriate as they are acting for you.<br> WA121693 &amp;&#160;WA282204

We managed to contact the Will group and they have now confirmed that they provided you with the required information and that it is for the Land Registry to conclude the matter. I would be grateful if you could Confirm receipt and provide us with a estimated timeline for the conclusion of this matter. Once again, thank you very much for your help.</p>

<p>I apologise for the confusion in my earlier message due to predictive text. I meant to say that I spoke with the Will group, and they are adamant that they sent the required form to the Land Registry. I hope you received the form and that the application can now be progressed.</p>

<p>Hello again,&#160;</p> <p>We’ve just heard from Will Group that Form RX has now been sent over to you—can you confirm you’ve got it?</p> <p>Also, could you let us know if you now have everything you need to &#160;move things forward to conclussion? We’re still waiting to hear back about our complaint too—will that be handled separately?</p> <p>This transfer is really important to us financially, and the delay is causing a lot of stress. We’d really appreciate it if you could prioritise this and let us know what sort of timeline we’re looking at. Thank you&#160;</p>
