<p>Hello again,&#160;</p> <p>We’ve just heard from Will Group that Form RX has now been sent over to you—can you confirm you’ve got it?</p> <p>Also, could you let us know if you now have everything you need to &#160;move things forward to conclussion? We’re still waiting to hear back about our complaint too—will that be handled separately?</p> <p>This transfer is really important to us financially, and the delay is causing a lot of stress. We’d really appreciate it if you could prioritise this and let us know what sort of timeline we’re looking at. Thank you</p>

M Williams - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer to explain what's still needed from them. They were contacted earlier today<br> WA121693

<p>Hi, we have been informed that the conveyencer has now confirmed the position which ahoulshould have been already clear o the Land Registry with the forms submitted and signed already.can you please conclude the matter bonow so that we can carry on with our lives? It is entirely shocking that one Property transfer car take over 20 months to complete!! Also we still haven’t had the response we to our complaint. It feels like we haVe been kept in limbo</p>

Hi M Williams - Sorry that you have been having to wait for long.&#160;<br> <br> I can see that we have received response from the conveyancer yesterday.&#160; I have flagged it to the caseworker and asked them to look at it as soon as possible.&#160; &#160;I have also asked our Complaints team to address your complaint as a priority.&#160;<br> <br> If I hear anything from either of the teams I will update you here.&#160;&#160;
