New leasehold registration not received for over 2 years

I bought my property in January 2022. It was registered as a new leasehold but I haven't had the registration of the lease confirmed, and it has been just over 2 years now. Please can I have an update on the progress of this application?

Dean - what's the title number/case ref please? Or the postal address/plot number?

Hi Adam, thanks for the reply. I don't have the title number/case ref. The postal address is 126a Ullswater Road, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA1 3PX

Dean - many thanks. Lodged Nov 2022 but due to a lengthy backlog at our end it's then waited until Jan 2024 to be processed.
It was partially processed on 8th January but we need more from the conveyancer. They were contact then but we've not received their reply as yet. Hopefully they can confirm for you and advise as to when they expect to respond. When they do, and in full, we can hopefully finally complete matters.
