Expedited Process Update - Purchase Property

Hi,

Would someone be able to give me an update on the land registry of the property I am purchasing, the process is delayed as it is not yet been registered under the current owners who are selling as only bought 12-18 months ago, an expedite request was approved on 21st Feb but still no update as yet, I’m told there are prior pending applications affecting this registry and slowing the process down but if this isn’t processed ASAP the chain will collapse and cause a failure of sale, how many prior pending applications are ahead of this? What is the current status of those? When was they last updated etc. Please can someone get back to me.

Hi Joshua - the application has been partially processed but we need more from the lodging conveyancer. Hopefully they can confirm for you and advise when they expect to respond in full.

I believe these requisitions have definitely now been answered.

Can the case worker please check this ASAP as it’s been expedited and check all is ok with latest info to ensure no further delays and help appease frustration within the sale/purchase chain.
