Urgent help - Pending application

Hi there,

I’m looking for some urgent help please.

We have a pending application against our title, WA832833, which was submitted on the 3rd of April 2023.

We are in the process of remortgaging and due to complete on the 4th of December 2023.

On the 17th of October, I requested the application to be expedited. Our request has been approved but we are concerned that this application may not be approved in time.

Could someone please help us with this. If we can’t remortgage then this will impact us financially. Our mortgage payments will almost double if we can’t complete on the 4th of December.
