Update on Application

Hey I was wondering if somebody would be able to provide me with an update on an application that is currently sitting with yourselves and has been expedited after a requisition. I have an enquiry and application reference.<br> <br> Many Thanks&#160;

Hi Jack - On 5 August we have written to the conveyancers who submitted the application about an outstanding query and are awaiting their response.&#160;&#160;

Hey @nimish thanks for your response, I have spoken to yourselves earlier on the phone this week and they assured me that it has progressed since then and have heard back after following up with the sellers solicitors to pick this up, can you confirm this is the case, with it going into the weekend i was just hoping for an update as it is an urgent case being time sensitive and through communications have been told that a senior should be dealing with it, my last comms are below from the 12th with yourselves hearing back on the 10th<br> <br> Dear Customer<br> <br> The application is currently being considered by a caseworker and the applicant should hear from us shortly with either a request for information [requisition] or completion documents, if we need to serve notice on any other parties as part of the registration process, the application will not be completed until the relevant notice period has expired<br> <br> Yours faithfully

Hey Jack - I have seen the response that you have quoted and would need to speak to the person who has responded to clarify what they mean.&#160;<br> <br> The information that I have given you is based on looking at the application.&#160; As I mentioned, we wrote to the conveyancers on 5 August and there has been no response from them as yet.&#160;

We will follow up, given the nature of this application and the requisition is this relatively normal, its concerning as the other parties in the sale are progressing. Can i confirm these communications were sent via email as prior they were by post due to no email being supplied and until following up with yourselves and passing on this to the conveyancers little progress was being made. It was only after following up with the information provided by yourselves we later had confirmation

Hey Jack - The position is the same as I advised to you in my previous response.&#160; We we are still awaiting additional information from solicitors in relation to one of the original requisition points.&#160;<br> <br> The correspondence has been issued by post.&#160;<br> <br> I have confirmed this with the caseworker.&#160; &#160;<br> <br> &#160;

Hey Nimish<br> <br> Thanks for this, I have just been on the phone with yourselves and had this cleared up additionally too with the information that this was originally submitted on the 3rd of February before our offer was placed on the property is this correct? they did say its been communicated digitally within the portal too, is this correct? Please could you provide us with a full timeline of actions, updates, and communications since that date so that we can review with our conveyancer and ensure no delays are caused on our side. We’re concerned about the pace given the chain is progressing and want to confirm if there are any risks of delay or rejection we should be aware of. Given a satisfactory response on the original point, what does this look like after this? We're all other points in the requisition satisfactory and its just this one?
