Expedited First Registration

Hello, Please can you advise if there are any outstanding requisitions for the first registration application, or when we can expect it to be completed. It’s been expedited and have been told requisitions replied to so are waiting to see if it’s been completed. For 4 Derham Close, Yatton, BS49 4BU.

Hello Eleanor - there has been correspondence between the casework team and the lodging conveyancer. Our last contact was on the 9th April and we await the conveyancer's response ST402675

Eleanor - I'm afraid not as we would not share such specifics in a public forum. Very much something the conveyancer themselves needs to share. All I can share is that it's not a major issue but they have been asked to respond by the 30th April. If they don't we will complete their application shortly after that date
