My application Ref WSX442372/TP/103 was submitted 31/08/2023. Could you give me an update as to what progress is being made. Also any chance of likely timeline to completion

Hi Kim - submitted as you state onn31st August and waiting to be processed. A rough estimate for when processing might start would be early 2025 as we have a significant backlog of this type of work
Your purchase and ownership are protected so whilst none of us want such a long wait it does not affect either and it's usually a case of waiting until your conveyancer confirms it's been completed
