Hi Adam,

Can I have an update? The housing association seems to think the 'Landlord's Title' is now registered. I hope that means what you called the landlord's lease.

Is this true? If so what is the next step?

Thanks,

Hi Richard - it is true and your are correct re the landlord's lease now being registered.
So now we need the dominoes to fall re each of the new leases, inc your own BL163144, as sub-leases
I'll flag with colleagues to get an update re timescales

Thanks for the quick reply as always Adam.

And just so I understand perfectly clear. The leasehold titles are now done in order with something like 30 or 60 days for any requisitions on each?

I know I'm not supposed to think about the Sep/Oct 2024 estimated date, but it would be nice to know a better case scenario if you can get that updated timescale.

They are all 1 or 2 bed flats that all look very similar funnily enough, so I am hoping they all sail through.

Thanks again,

Richard - I'll check with the casework team again for you

Richard - progress of sorts as the casework team have processed the application as far as they can. But they need more from the conveyancer and have now contacted them with a request for more.

Some of it is administrative errors re the submitted paperwork but they may also be reliant on the seller's conveyancer as well to resolve.

You'll need to contact your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify specifics and timescales from here
