We are currently in the process of selling a property but are waiting for the Land Registry information to come back before it can proceed.

It was expedited on the 4th of November 2025 but still no information/answer.

Its a new build lease registration. Is there anyway this can be checked to see where it is and whether it has even started being processed?

Solicitors aren't being helpful.

Application number: LE6E6A6

Thank you!

Daniel - the application is delayed as the prior application, to register your landlord, has been partially processed but we need more from their conveyancer. They were contacted on 13th December and we await their reply.
I'd suggest specking to your own conveyancer to see if they are willing to contact the landlord's conveyancer to chase the request issued. Once the landlord's application is completed the new leases can then be processed inc your own
WSX452262

Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for your reply.

Are you able to see whether it is an issue with the freehold or leasehold?

Thank you

Hi Daniel - it's a delay with registration of the landlord's freehold title out of which your lease and others have then been granted

Morning Adam, I hope you are well. Has there been anymore movement at all on this? It's been almost three months we have been waiting for the landlord to reply. Has there been any other responses? Thank you

Morning Adam, Thank you for your response. Is there anything else we can do or contact to try and get this moving? 3 months is a long time not to answer these issues - are they big problems that take a long time to solve? What are the issues currently outstanding? Thank you for your help.

Daniel - all you can do is speak to your conveyancer and ask them to contact the landlord's conveyancer to press the urgency. The issue relates to the need to comply with restrictions on the seller's title part of which the landlord has purchased. As they are reliant on 3rd parties to provide such compliance certificates/consents there can be a delay - the ball is very much in the landlord's court with regards resolving the matter and how much pressure they can bring to bear on those who need to provide the certificates/consents

Good Afternoon Daniel - we have received responses and I think that was confirmed by phone when you rang our support line. The response has been considered but it's insufficient and the casework team has gone back to the conveyancer to explain why WSX450632
