Hey Jeno - wider checks are taking place at present asking the beneficiary to confirm the notice can be removed. Those checks may not complete until after 14th May unless they respond sooner
There's a second and third application trying to cancel the notice as well so I'll check with the casework team to see if the wider checks still need to complete or not
ST230953

Morning Jeno - the casework team advise that the three applications are essentially all trying to do the same thing, remove the notice form the register.
The first and oldest one has already been processed but the wider checks have yet to complete. Those checks don't run out until after 14th May as previously posted.
ST230953

Morning Adam,

Appreciate you've mentioned further checks timeline run out tomorrow on 14th may, could I check nothings changed still?

Also how quick after this deadline does the process move ? Could the registry be updated same/following day or will it be more towards Friday or next week?

Thank you so much for your quick answers so far :)

Morning Jeno - nothing has changed. They have until Noon tomorrow and after that passes the casework team has to review the case and contact channels to ensure nothing has been received. If nothing then things can often be completed within 24/48hrs but it's a human process, not an auto one, so I can't be definitive re timings
ST230953
