Expedition Approved - Progress Enquiry

Hello,

Just a quick question regarding application G452HST, title EGL97700.

Expedition was approved on 17/01/2025, but I expect processing might've been delayed as existing lender applied for and now removed (I got the latest edition of the title, dated 16/01/2025) the long since satisfied charge.

The current status of the application is "In Progress. No Previous Correspondence", so no requisition was issued I gather.

Is there anything I can do from my side?

Hello David - I don't think so but will check with the casework team for an update as to what's happening at our end

Hello Adam,

Haven't heard back from casework team, the application status is unchanged and still not completed.

Any chance to get this looked at please? - it's been 15 working days since the expedite request was approved.

Morning David - the application has been partially processed but we need more from the conveyancer. The casework team issued a request on the 8th Feb and we await their reply. You'll need to confirm with the conveyancer re what's required and when they hope to respond
