David - We would require more clear understanding of what is happening and why they need more time if there was a further request for extension.

Do you have an update on our application as we are unable to get any information from Gordons?

Also, how long can this go no for as the people in the chain below are asking due to the time on their mortgage offer.

Hi David - There has been no further development on the application.  We are still waiting to hear on our queries. 

It would not be possible for us to say how long this may take because we would not be aware what is happening behind the scenes. We have given a deadline of 25 July at the moment.

Can you tell me exactly what you are wait for from Gordons, as we are not getting clear answers as to what you need to know. it looks like its the builders Drew smith that are not replying to the questions.

Hi David - we are awaiting a form DS3 and compliance with the restriction on the seller's title in entry B4
Your conveyancer will be reliant on the seller to assist/resolve such matters I suspect
We do not usually share such information in our forums as it should be your own conveyancer managing your expectations and providing such information. If you need more detail than I have stated please press your conveyancer on the matter

I have just been informed that Paris Smith the developer solicitors have returned all the info to Gordon Property Lawyers and they have submitted it to you this afternoon is that correct ? 
If so how long will it take for you to complete the application ?

Dave - they have replied but it looks like it's only with regards one aspect of our request. I'll check with the casework team though to be sure

Dave - it's as I suspected and whilst they have replied that's only an attempt to deal with the Transfer issue. If that's acceptable then we are still waiting on them for the remainder of our request which I suspect has them relying on the seller's conveyancer

David - they need additional information/paperwork from the seller's conveyancer. I'm sure the conveyancer you are dealing with can confirm though

HI David - looks like they have submitted a further reply so that will be referred to the caseworker team again. Hopefully everything is in order and the registration can be completed asap
