First Registration expedited

Good afternoon 
We are awaiting first registration for property 24 Windmill Drive HX3 7DF.
this was approved for expedition 5/2/24.
can you please tell me if this is being processed as we are selling the property and don’t want it to delay anything

Hi Helen - the application has bene considered further and we now need more from the conveyancer. They have been contacted today and hopefully they can provide the missing information quickly.

Helen - they have responded (yesterday) so their response and further information has been referred to a lawyer to consider next steps. That will happen asap but I can't be definitive re timescales until the next steps are confirmed
