Application Status Update

We would like to understand what is the application status update for our HM Land Registry. We bought our flat in 2022 and we still do not have a Title Deed. Application number is AGL637687. We are trying to remortgage and are unable to do so as our new lenders conveyancer cannot find the Title Deed in our name, hence our remortgage cannot go ahead.

KH - Looks like the conveyancer has had difficulties in getting the application to register your 2022 lease over the finish line. The current one, AGL637687, has been waiting for them to provide more information and it appears they have actually replied today If they have replied in full it should be completed shortly.

KH - their reply was insufficient and the casework team have gone back to them to advise. Hopefully they can respond swiftly and provide the missing details AGL637687

Hi Adam, Is it possible to have some information on what information is missing? We were informed by our solicitor that the information about the property address was missing on the SDLT and that they are submitting a new one with the relevant information. We’ve also provided them consent to provide to act on our behalf with HMRC and to also notify HMLR

Hi Adam, Our solicitor mentioned that they have sent the required amendments at 12:48 and they said they cannot see any further queries from HMLR. Could you let us know if this can be reviewed over the next few days as we really need it done for our remortgage

Hi Kh - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer again to explain why their latest reply still does not satisfy the registration requirements. Hopefully they can provide you with the specific details and a date when they hope to respond by AGL637687

Hi Kh - looks like they have provided another copy of the amended lease 20 minutes ago. That will be referred to the casework team to review again. Let's hope it's right this time AGL637687

Hi Adam, Thanks for confirming. We chased our solicitors and they said they responded back with the amended information yesterday afternoon as requested. Is there anything else needed by the caseworker team
