Application Update

Hi Adam, Hope you can help... Please could you let me know where an application is up to? It is regarding part of title number MAN57269 and some adjoining unregistered land. I believe it has been expidited. Many thanks Gareth

Hi Gareth - there is an application against MAN57269 to claim ownership of part of that title. It was submitted 16th Jan but has not been expedited as yet MAN467704 (prov new title)

Hi Adam, I understand that Brabners Solicitors sent the expedite request through a couple of weeks ago. Has this been processed now? If so is it possible to let me know when notices will be sent out? Thanks Gareth

Hi Gareth - it has been partially processed but as it is trying to claim ownership of land already registered to someone else it needs to be considered by one of our lawyers. They have to decide if it is in order 'legally'; a survey; and/or wider checks are required. Once they have approved next steps things can proceed MAN467704

Gareth - until we know which next steps are required it's impossible to say. The notices tend to be the final step in most cases. What's your specific urgency so I can flag it with the casework team to see if they are able to escalate the referral for you? MAN467704

Hi Adam. There is a property transaction that can't complete until it is all sorted out. I'd really appreciate anything that could be done to escalate it.
