CN1 Update

Could you advise the status of a CN1 for title WR187746 please?

Jamie N - we don't have an application as yet against that specific title

I’ve been told a CN1 form was submitted to remove the inheritance tax liability. Can you advise if anything else has been submitted to remove this?

Jamie - nothing has been submitted or received as posted. Sorry
If someone has applied then hopefully they can confirm the case (ABR) reference we have allocated - I can then check against that although the title number is a match so I suspect they won;t be able to confirm a ABR for you.

Sorry, I was advised this had been processed earlier in the week, however it looks like it hasn't been.

Should be sent over this afternoon/in the morning & hopefully expedited. Do you know rough lead times currently for charges to be removed?

Has the CN1 form been processed against this title now?

Jamie - There is no application against the title. 

Would the application show up immediately? As I've been told it was done yesterday afternoon.

Jamie - It depends on how the application is submitted to us.  

If submitted through our Business eServices / Portal which most of the conveyancers use then it will show up immediately.  If the application is submitted by post then it will need to be scanned electronically and then captured to appear on our system. Postal applications are captured within 24 hours of being received by us.

Do you have any other titles this could be processed against? I've been told the CN1 has been sent + somebody has phoned to expedite it today so it's quite confusing!

Jamie - An application has been submitted through our Portal / Business eServices at 12:36 this afternoon.   A request to expedite has been made after the application was submitted and is awaiting to be considered. 

Great, thank you. Would appreciate if you can expedite it as it's the final document needed prior to our house move!
