Hello, Please can someone help.
An application has been expedited through a solicitor as my original solicitor i brought my property with went into Administration.
My property has now been sold as this is holding up the contract pack with the new solicitors selling my house. Is there anything i can do as the seller to speed things along further. I'm desperate to get this resolved as its been going on since December 2024.
Thank you

Hello Chloe - what's the title number please? Or if you don't have that then the house number/name?

Hello, I don't have the Title number but the address is 26 Redkite Way, Raunds, NN9 6FG - Any help would be amazing as the Property is sold as this is holding up the Contract pack with the Solicitor. Thank you

Hello Chloe - thank you.
The application is currently waiting on the conveyancer to provide additional information. Our last contact with the 'new' conveyancer was on 6th February reminding them as to what is still required.
You will need to speak to the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what's required. I can only add that I suspect they are reliant on a third party to provide the requested information hence the ongoing delay.

Chloe - it's not expedited as processing started in March last year. Expedition only impacts on HMLR processes and we've been waiting on the conveyancer(s) to provide all the required information
When they do then the registration can hopefully be completed quickly
