Good morning,

We have an overage on some of our land that has meant our house is practically impossible to sell and resulted in two sales have fallen through.

After months of chasing and discussions, I’ve managed to agree a deal to have it removed. We are in the process of having the deeds written up and signed but I would like some in advice on where I send them and how I expedite It.

I really need it done quickly as my mortgage offer runs out soon and I’ve already lost out on a sale that was near completion.

many thanks

Thank you, that’s perfect. Just viewed a house that I really want to make an offer on so I’m hoping it all happens quickly.

Hi,

can I just confirm the address above is still correct and do I put in my local office (I’m in Towcester) or is the same for all applications?

many thanks,
Jo

Hi, I posted the deeds on Saturday so should have arrived by now, do I need to wait for a case/reference  number so I can apply to expedite it?
If so, do you know how long this will take to come through and does it come by post?

many thanks

jo

If you included an email address in your application form then you will receive the reference in that way. I cannot check for you as you have not included a title number.

You can request an expedite by using our contact us form

Hi

all I sent to land registry were the deeds and a note from myself explaining the situation along with my phone number and email.
was I supposed to fill out a form also?
is there a charge for making this sort of change to the deeds?
im worried now that I’ve slowed things down by sending the incorrect information.
I’ve still not heard anything from them.
if there is some way of you checking, that would be great. The title deeds number is NN359573.

many thanks

Hi Jo  - We do not have an application currently lodged against title number NN359573, 3 Brookside, NN12 8SS. As no application form was lodged this will fall out to a manual investigation. You will be contacted for further information in due course.

Ok thanks. Can you tell me what for it is I need to fill out and I will send everything again as it sounds like I may have slowed things down.
