Expedition request approved. It's been 4 weeks

Hi, could you help me track this expedition request please? It was approved on the 3rd March 2025, so it has been 4 weeks and it hasn't been done yet.

We are in desperate need to remortgage due to the current lender being a bridging loan with high interest rate. 

Hi - received in December, expedited in March and partially processed on 4th March when we contacted the conveyancer for more information. They have as yet not responded
