We lodged an urgent enquiry via the contact us form on 31/05 against title number WK19316. The enquiry ref we have been given is 240531-3423551. Please note that this is holding up a sale of a property and as we cannot contact by phone today to chase, we are lodging an enquiry here today in hope that someone can assist with the same. 

Emma - the enquiry was submitted as a request to Amend the title so will be treated accordingly. I'll flag with colleagues to escalate it so that it is considered as soon as possible and replied to as appropriate.
As you already appreciate the age of the entry will mean that the paper records will need to be checked to see what consideration was given to the point raised at the time and what has happened since.
