Cancellation of an Application due to moving

Good afternoon,

My advisors emailed the customer support email address on Friday 29th November instructing HMLR to cancel the severance of tenancy application. My solicitor has just contacted me to say this is still showing as pending and my house sale cannot move forward without this being cancelled.

Can you please advise that this has indeed been cancelled as a matter of urgency?
